Charity was great! She not only found us a great house, but she also got us closed 20k under asking! Her experience and knowledge were invaluable during our hunt for a home. She understood what we needed (and wanted) in not just the house, but the city and neighborhood too. She took into account the impact on commute time for work, local school ratings, and even warned us about areas with high traffic during the summer (we moved from out of state).
