Meet Daniel

Daniel Knick uses his military background as a way to stay ahead of the game in the real estate world. His time in special warfare as a member of one of the Air Force's most elite combat units prepared him to work aggressively in a fast-paced environment that requires critical thinking.

A devout Christian, Daniel says selling real estate allows him to connect with and help others in what is sometimes a very stressful time, whether they're buying a primary residence, a second home, or investment property. In addition to his integrity, Daniel's ability to think on his toes, to negotiate, and to fight for his clients makes him stand out.

Trust is one of Daniel's biggest character traits. It's so strong that he was interviewed by the Central Intelligence Agency for a job as a core collector or operations officer. In other words, the CIA talked to him about being a spy. He says the agency ultimately didn't make the offer, but at least he was interviewed!

A graduate of Virginia Military Institute with a master's degree from Liberty University, Daniel and his wife, Chara, first moved to the area in 2012. In addition to homeschooling their four children, Daniel loves spending time with his family and watching his kids have fun on the water. He also enjoys doing Jiu-Jitsu.
